Dr Tsung-Cheng Yin

Dr Keyur AkbariConsultant Spine Surgeon at GCS Hospital, Ahmedabad

Dr Tsung-Cheng Yin is an orthopaedic spine surgeon and Chief of the Spine Section at Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan. His clinical practice focuses on minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery, particularly unilateral biportal endoscopic (UBE) techniques. He is actively involved in surgeon education, clinical research, and hands-on training in endoscopic spine surgery.

Dr. Keyur K. Akbari is a Consultant Spine Surgeon at GCS Hospital, Ahmedabad, specialising in endoscopic and minimally invasive spine surgery.

After completing his MBBS and MS (Orthopaedics) at Pramukhswami Medical College, Gujarat, he undertook advanced spine training in India and Australia. He completed a Spine Fellowship under Dr. Sajan K. Hegde at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai, followed by Clinical and AO Spine Fellowships at Spine Ortho Clinic, Melbourne, under Dr. John Choi.

Dr. Akbari’s clinical interests include endoscopic decompression, lumbar disc herniation, spinal stenosis and minimally invasive spinal procedures, with a particular focus on Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy (UBE).

He is actively involved in research, education and the advancement of endoscopic spine surgery. Dr. Akbari has contributed to peer-reviewed publications, presents at national and international conferences, and regularly participates as a faculty member, moderator and invited speaker at spine meetings.
